Friday, June 2 10-1 Who doesn't like a cute journal? We will guide you through all the steps to make this easy but cute one-of-a-kind cover. You get to choose your fabric for the cover and lining. After learning how, you will want to make them for your friends too! Taught by Kim Gibson You will Learn: sewing straight lines and corner, ladder stitch, topstitching. Classes are appropriate for ages 8 and up that have a working knowledge of using a sewing machine. Parents/grandparents are welcome to sit in on the class. Snacks provided.

Wednesday, June 14 1:30-4:30 Half square triangles are one of the most basic and versatile blocks. They are also simple enough for beginners! Join us as we make these blocks to explore multiple ways to join them together. We will also demonstrate the hourglass block, made with the same technique. Technique: making 1/2 square triangles from 6" squares, using magic wand Taught by Kim Gibson Kit fee: 6" charm pack and 2 1/2 yards background fabric.
